Public Forum: DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID-19 GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS THE MEETING WILL NOT TAKE PLACE IN PUBLIC BUT WILL BE HELD REMOTELY. MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC ARE WELCOME TO JOIN THE MEETING VIA ZOOM.

  1. INTERNAL AUDIT REPORT 2019/20

                    Refer to Appendix Internal Audit Report 2019/20. For review and consideration

 

  1. i) ADOPTION OF THE ANNUAL ACCOUNTING STATEMENT (AGAR Sect.2) 2019/20

                    Refer to Appendix Accounting Statement (AGAR Sect.2). Council members are to approve and to be adopted by Council

  1. ii) COMPLETION AND SIGNATURE OF THE CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION (AGAR) 2019/20

                    Formality following approval of Accounting Statement above, to be signed by the Chairman

 

  1. TO REVIEW BUDGET REPORT TO 4th July 2020

               Refer to Appendix Budget report to 4th July 2020.  A green dot indicates the sums have been checked

 

  1. REVIEW EFFECTIVENESS OF INTERNAL AUDIT PROCEDURE 2020/21

                    Refer to Appendix Review of Effectiveness of Internal Audit. For review and to be adopted by Council. Appointment of Internal           Auditor for the Financial year 2020/21

 

  1. 7. Finance 2020/21
  2. Approval and to authorise payments of outstanding invoices due to be paid

Refer Appendix titled Payment authority 2020-07-28 that covers all payments made since the previous meeting on 13th July 2020 to 28th July 2020. 

 

  1. Items for the next Meeting to be held on Monday 12th October 2020 at 7:30pm. Venue to be Confirmed.

Monday 12 October 2020 (Meeting No 3) – 2nd Monday in October

Monday 14 December 2020 (Meeting No 4) – 2nd Monday in December

Monday 08 March 2021 (Meeting No 1) – 2nd Monday in March
