Minutes of the parish council meeting

The village council will be using this blog to publish the minutes and agendas of the parish council meetings. This should make it easier for us to stay in touch with events and become more involved with our village. The minutes of the 8-12-2008 meeting are now available as a downloadable PDF (download a free reader from the Adobe website if you don’t already have it).

    There is an error in the paragraph relating to speeding through the village. The Safer Neighbourhood Team meet at either Whepstead Village Hall or at the Fire Station at Ixworth and not as indicated.

    Neither the budget reconciliation statement or the budget for year April 2009 to March 2010 have been printed within the PDF.

    These errors will be corrected in a revised version.
